Hi, I’m Adrianna
Combining traditional therapeutic interventions with creative arts expression to help others achieve personal growth!
About Me
I integrate evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with expressive arts therapy techniques to inspire growth, resilience, and self-discovery.
When I’m not in session, you’ll often find me surrounded by my favorite hobbies—crafting, crocheting, painting, and caring for my growing collection of houseplants.
For me, art and creativity are not just hobbies; they are powerful tools for mindfulness and self-expression, which I bring into my therapeutic practice to connect with clients in unique and engaging ways. I’d be honored to partner with you or your family on this journey toward healing and empowerment.
Let’s create something meaningful together!

It really depends on my client’s needs!
However, I always start my sessions with a “check-in” so my client can bring up any new or reoccurring topics of concern.
From there, we may process your topic while creating art of your choice. We may silently create a work of art that embodies your emotions. Perhaps we will create a tangible reminder of a new therapeutic skill you’ve learned. Sometimes, I may challenge you with an art prompt. Or, if you rather, we can simply chat and save art for another time.

Rest assured, all levels of creativity are celebrated in my sessions. Besides, I’m more focused on the process of creating rather than the product!

Why art? Why CBT?
Art expands our ability to express ourselves, often making it easier to talk about the tough stuff. The simple act of creating something reduces stress, anxiety, and boosts our mood.
CBT or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a theoretical approach that focuses on reframing negative patterns of thinking, replacing unhelpful/harmful behaviors, and the utilization of coping skills.
Both art and CBT are evidence based practices proven to benefit a wide range of client needs.
